CHANGE OF SERVICE LOCATION. 21.1. If a Customer moves their business to another location within Cincinnati Bell’s operating territory (Cincinnati/Northern KY/Dayton markets only) prior to the expiration of the then current Term, the Agreement will move with them, however, the Customer will pay for all standard installation and Service charges associated with moving the Service (“Move Charges”). The Agreement will continue with the original expiration date and rate structure. Termination charges will apply if Customer terminates any of the existing Service. In the event the Customer is in the Agreement for more than twelve (12) months prior to requested move, Xxxxxxxx may resign a new thirty-six (36) month term and Cincinnati Bell will waive the associated Move Charges. 21.2. If Customer cancels, in whole or in part, any requested addition, rearrangement, relocation or other modification to Evolve Evantage Service prior to completion thereof, Customer will reimburse Cincinnati Bell for the actual expenses incurred by Cincinnati Bell in connection with such modification prior to Cincinnati Bell's receipt of notice of cancellation; provided, however, the amount of such reimbursement will not exceed the Service, construction, installation, termination and other charges for which Customer would have otherwise been responsible.
CHANGE OF SERVICE LOCATIONYou must notify both your LDC and ConEdison Solutions 45 days in advance of a change in your residence or business address. A final meter read will be made at your old service location, the account at such address will be closed, and you will be responsible to pay for the electricity delivered to such address until the effective date of such termination.

If a Customer moves its business to another location within CBAD’s operating territory (Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky/Dayton markets only) prior to the expiration of the then-current Term, the Agreement will continue in effect. However, the Customer will pay for all standard installation and Service charges associated with moving the Service to the new location (“Move Charges”). Termination charges will apply if Customer terminates any existing Service. In the event the Agreement has been in effect for more than twelve (12) months as of the date prior to the move, Customer may sign a new thirty-six (36) month term and CBAD will waive the associated Move Charges.

  • Service Location The services shall be performed at all contracting and participating facilities of the Contractor.

  • Change of Location None of the Borrowers shall change the location of its chief executive office or the office where its corporate records are kept or open any new office for the conduct of its business on less than thirty (30) days prior written notice to the Agent.

  • Service Locations X.X. Xxxxxx maintains various operational/service centers and locations through the United States and foreign jurisdictions. The services provided under this Agreement may be provided from one or more such locations. X.X. Xxxxxx may change the operational/service centers and locations as it deems necessary or appropriate for its business concerns.

  • Change of Schedule (a) (applicable to full-time employees only) Where an employee's schedule is changed by the Hospital with less than twenty-four (24) hours notice, she shall receive time and one-half (1½) of her regular straight time hourly rate for all hours worked on her next shift. (b) (applicable to regular part-time employees only) Where a regular part-time employee's scheduled shift is cancelled by the Hospital with less than twelve (12) hours notice, she shall receive time and one-half (1½) of her regular straight time hourly rate for all hours worked on her next shift.   • Change of Name or Location Each Merchant represents, warrants, and covenants that it will not conduct its business under any name other than as disclosed to CEDAR or change any place(s) of its business without giving prior written notice to CEDAR.

  • Location of Services The Purchaser’s data shall remain within the continental United States at all times and on computing and data storage devices residing therein. Contractor’s services shall be subject to the United States legal jurisdiction.

  • Office Location During the Term, the Executive's services hereunder shall be performed at the offices of the Company, which shall be within a twenty five (25) mile radius of New York, NY, subject to necessary travel requirements to the Company’s offices in Toronto, Canada and other MDC Group company locations in order to carry out his duties in connection with his position hereunder.

  • CHANGE OF T-PIN The Account Holder may change his T-PIN from time to time in accordance with the Bank’s prescribed procedure then prevailing. The Bank shall be entitled, in its reasonable discretion but without liability and without giving any reason, to reject any selection made by the Account Holder as his substituted T-PIN; if the Bank so approves, such substituted T-PIN, shall take effect from the time of receipt by the Bank of such instructions from the Account Holder. The Account Holder shall take all steps not to select such numbers as a substitute T-PIN which may easily be ascertained or otherwise facilitate fraud or forgery.

  • Change of business The Company shall procure that no substantial change is made to the general nature of the business of the Company or the Group from that carried on at the date of this Agreement.

  • Data Location 1.1. The CONTRACTOR shall not store or transfer non-public COUNTY data outside of the United States. This includes backup data and Disaster Recovery locations. The CONTRACTOR will permit its personnel and contractors to access COUNTY data remotely only as required to provide technical support. (Remote access to data from outside the continental United States is prohibited unless approved in advance and in writing by the County.) 1.2. The CONTRACTOR must notify the COUNTY in advance and in writing of any location changes to CONTRACTOR’s data center(s) that will process or store County data.
