Change of Sponsor. To protect the integrity of all Market Partner organizations and safeguard the hard work of all Market Partners, MONAT strongly discourages changes in sponsorship. Maintaining the integrity of sponsorship is critical to the success of every Market Partner and to MONAT. Therefore, the transfer of a MONAT business from one sponsor to another is not permitted except during the initial thirty (30) day period immediately following the date that a Market Partner or VIP Customer first joins MONAT. Sponsor changes are not permitted after such initial thirty (30) day period. Permitted Sponsor changes are limited to instances where a Market Partner or VIP Customer made a mistake in choosing the correct Sponsor while completing the MONAT online application. All Sponsor change requests must be approved not only by the Company, but also by each Sponsor affected by the requested change.
