Sponsorships. The only sponsorship that will be noted in advertisements and programs for an engagement will be those from Brown University departments, student organizations, and academic grants. Contractor may not secure sponsorship in connection with the engagement unless written permission is obtained from the Organization and the Student Activities Office. In the event written permission is granted, it is understood and agreed that the Contractor SHALL NOT advertise or promote his/her engagement in any way that suggests or implies that the Organization and Brown University are endorsing the Contractor (including the sponsor) or any entity, individual, product, service or cause in any way affiliated with the Contractor.

Sponsorships. By selecting a sponsorship(s) and signing the agreement, customer is aware that final deliverables have not been determined and final benefits will only be known once HBA has determined if the event will be in-person, virtual or a hybrid event. Customer will be responsible for payment of sponsorship(s) for levels selected for any of the event formats that are determined.

Sponsorships. “Sponsorships” shall mean advertising, presenting sponsorships, category-related sponsorships, or other operations-related sponsorships of single events or multiple events presented at the DPAC, including cash and in-kind contributions by the sponsor in return for various tagging, tickets, and to-be-defined facility usage benefits. For example, a sponsor may sponsor a Broadway series, a family series, or all community outreach programming. Sponsorships. The MEET DIRECTOR acknowledges and agrees that the CORPORATION shall own all rights in and to national sponsorships of the Event. The MEET DIRECTOR agrees to honor any and all obligations of the CORPORATION as they may relate to the Event, including without limitation providing signage in the Venue and around the competition platform. The CORPORATION agrees to provide the MEET DIRECTOR promptly with information on its national sponsorships and the obligations of the MEET DIRECTOR with respect to those sponsorships. The MEET DIRECTOR, may, and shall be solely responsible for, the collection of all non-conflicting local sponsorships for the Event, provided that the MEET DIRECTOR must receive the prior written approval of the CORPORATION before entering into any local sponsorship, not to be unreasonably held. The MEET DIRECTOR shall be entitled to retain any income generated by local sponsorships, except as otherwise specifically provided in this Agreement.
