Change of Terminals, etc. Present terminals, breaking points, or domiciles shall not be transferred or changed without the Employer first having asked for and received approval from the appropriate Change of Operations Committee. This shall not apply within a twenty-five (25) mile radius, or within the jurisdiction of a Local Union. (Change of domicile for the purpose of having opposing labor and runs is not prohibited by this Section.)

  • CHANGE OF TERMS The terms and conditions of this agreement are subject to future change by OWNER after the expiration of the agreed lease period upon 30-day written notice setting forth such change and delivered to RESIDENT.
