Change Order to Work. The VILLAGE shall not be responsible for any costs or changes related to the FACILITY, the IMPROVEMENTS, or the PROPERTY except those specifically enumerated as being the responsibility of the VILLAGE in this AGREEMENT or other written agreement executed by the VILLAGE and the DISTRICT.

Related to Change Order to Work

  • Change Orders Any alteration or deviation from the Services mentioned or any other contractual specifications that result in a revision of this Agreement shall be executed and attached to this Agreement as a change order (“Change Order”).

The Contractor shall begin correcting the defective or non-conforming Work within ten (10) days unless the State agrees to a Change Order which reflects the reduction in Contract Sum due to the value of diminishment of the defective or nonconforming Work.
