Scope of Work and Deliverables. The Grantee, shall, in conformance with the Specific Terms and Conditions set forth herein, provide all things necessary and/or incidental to the furnishing and delivery to DCF, all of the supplies or services set forth below.

Scope of Work and Deliverables. 1. The Activity 403 WIC Agreement Addendum requires further negotiation between the Community Nutrition Services Section and the Local Health Department (LHD). For this Agreement Addendum, the LHD shall complete the Attachment B “WIC Budget Page” to allocate funds among the four WIC activities (Client Services, Breastfeeding Promotion, Nutrition Education, and General Administration) as described in Paragraph 2 of Section VI Funding Guidelines and Restrictions. The completed Attachment B is to be returned with the signed and dated Agreement Addendum. When the Community Nutrition Services Section representative and the LHD reach an agreement on the information contained in Attachment B, the Community Nutrition Services Section representative will sign the Agreement Addendum to execute it.
