Change orders & outside contractor agreement. If at any time or times during the construction of the Condominium in accordance with the Condominium Specifications “the Lessee” wishes to make any alterations of, additions to, or deviations or omissions from the Condominium Specifications (referred to collectively as “Alterations”), “the Lessee” shall submit such request to the Lessee” whose consent to such Alterations shall not be unreasonably withheld.
