Common use of Changes in Agreement Clause in Contracts

Changes in Agreement. Any changes deemed necessary in this Agreement may be made by mutual agreement at any time during the existence of this Agreement. In the event either party wishes to call a bargaining meeting, the meeting shall be held at a time and place fixed by mutual agreement. However, such meeting must be held not later than two (2) weeks after the request has been given.
