Changes in Agreement. Any changes deemed necessary in this Agreement may be made by mutual agreement in writing at any time during the existence of this Agreement. The parties agree that all rights, privileges, customs, practices and working conditions which Employees now enjoy, receive or possess shall continue, insofar as they are consistent with this Agreement, unless modified by mutual agreement between the Employer and the Union.
