CHANGES IN MEDICAL AND DENTAL COVERAGE. These medical and dental options as listed above shall be available to the extent that the carrier continues to offer these benefits. The County shall give notice to the Union of such benefit changes. Within seven (7) days of receiving such notice, the Union may request to meet and confer regarding a substitute benefit, but if a substitute benefit is not possible, as determined by the County, the parties will meet and confer regarding the impact of such benefit changes on matters within the scope of representation.
