Changes in Personnel Records. 1. In any case where agreement has been reached between the Employer and the Association to make revisions in an employee's personnel records, the Association shall, upon request to the Employer and with written authorization of the employee, be allowed to inspect the records to insure that the agreement to revise has been complied with.
