Changes in Salary Allocation. ‌ A. Upon request of the Superior Court, negotiations shall be reopened for the sole purpose of considering an increase in salary (unrelated to a classification study) for any class included in this Agreement. Changes in salary resulting from a classification study shall be subject to the provisions of Article XVII. B. If a class is reassigned to a different salary range, each employee in the class shall be compensated at the same step in the new salary range as he or she was receiving in the range to which the class was previously assigned.
