Changes in Service Fees. IHIN shall notify, in writing, Participants of its intent to modify fees at least sixty (60) days prior to the implementation of the change.

Changes in Service Fees. Acroprint reserves the right to change the Annual Service Fee upon written notice to Customer; provided, however, that any such change will not take effect until the next one-year period.
Changes in Service Fees. We can change the service fees: (1) on each Agreement Period anniversary; (2) any time there are changes made to this Agreement or the Plan, which affect the fees; (3) when there are changes in laws or regulations which affect the services we are providing, or will be required to provide, under this Agreement; or (4) if the number of Subscribers covered by the Plan or any option of the Plan changes by ten percent (10%) or more (e.g., when Participants change from an indemnity plan to a plan with a network differential). Any new service fee which arises out of such change will be effective on the date those changes occur, even if that date is retroactive.
Changes in Service Fees. Optum will provide Customer with at least sixty (60) days prior written notice of revised Service fees. Service fee changes will be effective at the end of the notice period. If applicable, Optum will provide Customer with a notice reflecting the revised Service fees that will replace the existing Exhibit A. If Customer objects to a change in Service fees, Customer may terminate this Agreement by providing written notice to Optum within ninety (90) days after Customer receives written notice of the new fees. Customer must still pay any amounts due for the periods during which the Agreement is in effect and during post-termination transition services.
Changes in Service Fees. United can change the service fees on each Agreement Period anniversary. United will provide Customer with one hundred twenty (120) days prior written notice of the revised service fees for subsequent Agreement Periods. Any such service fee change will become effective on the later of the first day of the new Agreement Period or one hundred twenty (120) days after United provides Customer with written notice of the new fees. United will provide Customer with a new Exhibit B that will replace the existing Exhibit B for the new Agreement Period.
Changes in Service Fees. The IHIN may from time to time change the amount of, or basis for, the Service Fees based on an approved business and financial sustainability plan. The IHIN shall provide Participant with at least ninety (90) days’ prior written notice of a fee increase. The IHIN may, at any time, reduce fees and set fees for new Services. Any changes in Service Fees will be reflected in a revised Attachment B.

  • Changes in Service This Agreement is made in good faith based upon the present and projected conditions and the quality of the equipment and/or Property, as well as its present ownership and management. Should changes in any of these elements occur which the Judicial Council believes may adversely affect the Program, the Judicial Council reserves the right to renegotiate this Agreement or terminate pursuant to the termination for cause provision, as set forth herein, without penalty or prejudice.

The JBE may terminate this Agreement or limit Contractor’s Services (and reduce proportionately Contractor’s fees) upon Notice to Contractor without prejudice to any right or remedy of the JBE if: (i) expected or actual funding to compensate Contractor is withdrawn, reduced or limited; or (ii) the JBE determines that Contractor’s performance under this Agreement has become infeasible due to changes in applicable laws.

  • Changes in Benefits The Bank shall not make any changes in such plans, benefits or privileges previously described in Section 3(c), (d) and (e) which would adversely affect the Executive's rights or benefits thereunder, unless such change occurs pursuant to a program applicable to all executive officers of the Bank and does not result in a proportionately greater adverse change in the rights of, or benefits to, the Executive as compared with any other executive officer of the Bank. Nothing paid to Executive under any plan or arrangement presently in effect or made available in the future shall be deemed to be in lieu of the salary payable to Executive pursuant to Section 3(a) hereof.
