Changes in Tenure Criteria and Effect on Faculty Members. (a) Changes in tenure criteria, or in the guidelines that clarify the application of those criteria pursuant to Article 9, shall not become effective until one (1) year following adoption of the changes unless mutually agreed to in writing by the UFF-UNF President and the University President or designee. The date of adoption shall be the date of ratification.
