Changes to Customer Account List. The Municipality acknowledges that, during the Term, the Contractor will add Customer Accounts to, delete Customer Accounts from and make other changes to the Customer Account List as the Contractor is informed of changes related to Customer Accounts. In addition, if the Municipality informs the Contractor in writing of suggested changes to the Customer Account List and provides supporting information for such changes, the Contractor shall use its reasonable efforts to implement any such changes, unless it disputes any such changes from the Municipality, in which case it shall notify the Municipality of the same and the Contractor and the Municipality shall use their best efforts to promptly resolve the same. As a means of assisting the Municipality to confirm the accuracy of the Customer Account List on an ongoing basis during the Term, the Contractor may periodically provide to the Municipality a current Customer Account List. The Municipality shall promptly review such Customer Account List and inform the Contractor in writing of changes to (including additions to, deletions from or other changes to) the Customer Account List within thirty (30) days of receipt of such Customer Account List. If the Municipality informs the Contractor in writing of changes to the Customer Account List and provides supporting information for such changes, the Contractor shall use reasonable efforts to implement any such changes, unless it disputes any such changes suggested by the Municipality, in which case it shall notify the Municipality of the same and the Contractor and the Municipality shall use their best efforts to promptly resolve the same. If the Municipality fails to so inform the Contractor in writing of changes to the Customer Account List, the Contractor shall be entitled to assume that the Municipality does not propose any changes to the current Customer Account List.

  • Customer Accounts The Bank agrees to establish and maintain the following accounts (“Accounts”): (a) A custody account in the name of the Customer (“Custody Account”) for any and all stocks, shares, bonds, debentures, notes, mortgages or other obligations for the payment of money, bullion, coin and any certificates, receipts, warrants or other instruments representing rights to receive, purchase or subscribe for the same or evidencing or representing any other rights or interests therein and other similar property whether certificated or uncertificated as may be received by the Bank or its Subcustodian (as defined in Section 3) for the account of the Customer (“Securities”); and (b) A deposit account in the name of the Customer (“Deposit Account”) for any and all cash in any currency received by the Bank or its Subcustodian for the account of the Customer, which cash shall not be subject to withdrawal by draft or check. The Customer warrants its authority to: 1) deposit the cash and Securities (“Assets”) received in the Accounts and 2) give Instructions (as defined in Section 11) concerning the Accounts. The Bank may deliver securities of the same class in place of those deposited in the Custody Account. Upon written agreement between the Bank and the Customer, additional Accounts may be established and separately accounted for as additional Accounts under the terms of this Agreement.

  • Account Changes Neither the Financial Institution nor the Grantor will change the name or account number of a Collateral Account without the consent of the Secured Party. The Financial Institution will promptly notify the Servicer of any changes. This Agreement will apply to each successor account to a Collateral Account, which will also be a Collateral Account.

  • FORMAT AND CONTENT FOR REGISTRY OPERATOR MONTHLY REPORTING Registry Operator shall provide one set of monthly reports per gTLD, using the API described in draft-­‐xxxxxx-­‐icann-­‐registry-­‐interfaces, see Specification 2, Part A, Section 9, reference 5, with the following content. ICANN may request in the future that the reports be delivered by other means and using other formats. ICANN will use reasonable commercial efforts to preserve the confidentiality of the information reported until three (3) months after the end of the month to which the reports relate. Unless set forth in this Specification 3, any reference to a specific time refers to Coordinated Universal Time (UTC). Monthly reports shall consist of data that reflects the state of the registry at the end of the month (UTC).

  • Voice Information Service Traffic 5.1 For purposes of this Section 5, (a) Voice Information Service means a service that provides [i] recorded voice announcement information or [ii] a vocal discussion program open to the public, and (b) Voice Information Service Traffic means intraLATA switched voice traffic, delivered to a Voice Information Service. Voice Information Service Traffic does not include any form of Internet Traffic. Voice Information Service Traffic also does not include 555 traffic or similar traffic with AIN service interfaces, which traffic shall be subject to separate arrangements between the Parties. Voice Information Service Traffic is not subject to Reciprocal Compensation charges under Section 7 of the Interconnection Attachment. 5.2 If a ECI Customer is served by resold Verizon dial tone line Telecommunications Service or a Verizon Local Switching UNE, to the extent reasonably feasible, Verizon will route Voice Information Service Traffic originating from such Service or UNE to the appropriate Voice Information Service connected to Verizon’s network unless a feature blocking such Voice Information Service Traffic has been installed. For such Voice Information Service Traffic, ECI shall pay to Verizon without discount any Voice Information Service provider charges billed by Verizon to ECI. ECI shall pay Verizon such charges in full regardless of whether or not ECI collects such charges from its Customer. 5.3 ECI shall have the option to route Voice Information Service Traffic that originates on its own network to the appropriate Voice Information Service connected to Verizon’s network. In the event ECI exercises such option, ECI will establish, at its own expense, a dedicated trunk group to the Verizon Voice Information Service serving switch. This trunk group will be utilized to allow ECI to route Voice Information Service Traffic originated on its network to Verizon. For such Voice Information Service Traffic, unless ECI has entered into a written agreement with Verizon under which ECI will collect from ECI’s Customer and remit to Verizon the Voice Information Service provider’s charges, ECI shall pay to Verizon without discount any Voice Information Service provider charges billed by Verizon to ECI. ECI shall pay Verizon such charges in full regardless of whether or not ECI collects such charges from its own Customer.
