Changes to Information. You may change the color scheme of non-mapping information and add Your branding in a manner that does not supersede, alter, or obscure any UPS branding or imply UPS endorses Your goods and services.
Changes to Information. 3.1 NZX or its Information Providers may add or delete Information depending on their operational requirements. NZX will use reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of changes to Information in accordance with industry good practice.
3.2 NZX agrees to give Licensee at least one hundred and twenty (120) Days’ notice before NZX makes any material changes as described in the Technical Specifications, unless a malfunction, emergency or regulatory requirement precludes the giving of such notice. Licensee shall bear the responsibility and expense of making any resultant changes to the Licensee's Service.
3.3 If Licensee has reason to believe any addition or deletion of Information or change in the relevant Technical Specifications by NZX or any other Information Provider significantly alters the nature of any Information Product or reduces its quality, or requires uneconomic modifications to Licensee’s system(s), Licensee may terminate the Agreement with respect to any Information Product affected by the alteration or deletion, without liability, on at least thirty (30) Days written notice. Any such termination must take effect on or prior to the date of the alteration or deletion.
Changes to Information. Any change to the personnel, location, and/or software systems for activities involving or relating to the NCOALink Product must be reported to the USPS immediately.

5.1.1. to introduce new data as part of the Information without notice, and
5.1.2. by giving Company ninety (90) days written notice (including fax and e-mail), to withdraw from the Information any portion thereof, provided, however, that if such withdrawal of the Information materially reduces the quality of the Information, Company shall have the right to terminate this Agreement by giving written notice to the Exchange within forty five (45) days as of receipt of such notice from the Exchange. Company shall be entitled to a pro rata refund of the Base Fee paid by it through the effective date of termination with respect to the total period in which termination occurs and to which the Base Fee relates.
Changes to Information. The Co-contractor must inform Ecotrel immediately by post or electronic mail, of any modifications to its organisation liable to affect the implementation of this agreement. When the Co-contractor ceases to market a given group of EEEs in Luxembourg, it must inform Ecotrel immediately. When the Co-contractor markets a new group of EEEs, it must inform Ecotrel immediately.
Changes to Information. The Customer must notify Xxxxxxx’x Petroleum in writing of any change in the Customer’s name, address, or other relevant details set out in the Customer Particulars Form. Xxxxxxx’x Petroleum will not be responsible for any errors or losses associated with a change in the Customer’s particulars if Xxxxxxx’x Petroleum are not notified by the customer.

USPS may consider Licensee’s failure to report such changes to USPS as a default under this Agreement.
