Changes to the consultation documents. The Contracting Party reserves the right to make changes to the consultation documents at the latest 10 days before the deadline set for submitting tenders. Candidates must, therefore, respond on the basis of the amended documents and cannot make any claims relating thereto. If the deadline set for submitting tenders is extended while candidates are examining the documents, the above provision shall be applicable on the basis of the new date.
