Changing Your Address. You must notify us of any change in your Mailing Address. We may act on any instruction to change your Mailing Address from any person we reasonably believe is acting on your behalf. We will act on instructions to change your Mailing Address within a reasonable time after we receive such instruction. We may also change your Mailing Address if we receive an address change notification from the U.S. Postal Service, or if we receive notification from a business that provides corrected address information.

Any written notice or other communication that is not sent in conformity with the foregoing provisions shall nevertheless be effective on the date actually received by the noticed party. Any notice received by Borrower Agent shall be deemed received by all Borrowers.

  • ADDRESS Refers to IPv4 or IPv6 addresses without making any distinction between the two. When there is need to make a distinction, IPv4 or IPv6 is used.

  • Forwarding Address Prior to vacating the PREMISES, RESIDENT must provide MANAGEMENT with written notice of the designated RESIDENT’S forwarding address. Unless otherwise specified in writing, the statement will be sent to the e-mail address that was used at the time of application. A hard copy of the statement of deposit is available upon request. If RESIDENT fails to give notice of forwarding address, MANAGEMENT will send the security deposit statement to the last known address of the designated RESIDENT or GUARANTOR. In accordance with Section 55.1-1226 of the Code of Virginia, MANAGEMENT will retain the security deposit refund (if any) until RESIDENT notifies the office of the correct address. Upon receipt of notification, any refund due will be forwarded.
