Communicating with You Electronically. If your consent is required by applicable law and you provide us with your consent, we may, at our option, provide any information, communication or disclosure relating to this Agreement to you electronically, including over the internet, through online or mobile banking or to an e-mail address you provide us for this purpose. For legal purposes, documents sent to you electronically will be considered to be “in writing” and to have been signed and/or delivered by us. We may rely upon and treat as duly authorized and binding on you any electronically authenticated document that we receive from you or which appears to have been sent by you. If you wish to communicate with us by electronic means, you may be required to comply with certain security protocols established by us from time to time and take all reasonable steps to prevent unauthorized access to any other documents exchanged between us electronically.

Communicating with You Electronically. You agree to provide Us with a correct and operational e-mail address for You and to notify Us promptly of any changes to Your e-mail address. You consent to receive by electronic means any information, communication or disclosure relating to this Agreement, notices of any changes to this Agreement, interest rate, fees or charges, and any other documents and agreements We are required by applicable law to provide in writing through either, at Our option, Simplii Financial web site at xxx.xxxxxxx.xxx or to the email address you provide. Online notifications are accessible for 13 calendar months after they are posted. Your consent takes effect immediately. You are responsible for retaining a copy of these electronic documents.   • The Electronic Reverse Auction may not start sooner than two (2) Working Days after the date on which the specification for the Electronic Reverse Auction has been issued.

  • Routine Communications All routine communications related to the Contract shall be sent to the Department’s Contract Manager. If any of the Contractor’s contract information changes during the life of the Contract, the Contractor shall notify the Department’s Contract Manager; such updates do not necessitate a formal amendment to the Contract. Communications relating to a Customer contract or purchase order should be addressed to the contact person identified in the contract or purchase order. Routine communications may be my email, regular mail, or telephone.

  • Electronic Visit Verification (EVV). Provider shall cooperate with State requirements for electronic visit verification for personal care services and home health services, as applicable.

  • Contractor Communication or Disclosure The Contractor shall not make any public statements, press releases, publicity releases, or other similar communications concerning the Contract or its subject matter or otherwise disclose or permit to be disclosed any of the data or other information obtained or furnished in compliance with the Contract, without first notifying the Customer’s Contract Manager and securing the Customer’s prior written consent.

  • Electronic Notices If you have agreed to receive notices electronically, we may send you notices electronically and discontinue mailing paper notices to you until you notify us that you wish to reinstate receiving paper notices.

  • Cancellation of electronic bill notification The electronic Xxxxxx reserves the right to cancel the presentment of electronic bills at any time. You may cancel electronic bill presentment at any time. The timeframe for cancellation of your electronic bill presentment may vary from Xxxxxx to Xxxxxx. It may take up to sixty (60) days, depending on the billing cycle of each Xxxxxx. We will notify your electronic Xxxxxx(s) as to the change in status of your account and it is your sole responsibility to make arrangements for an alternative form of bill delivery. We will not be responsible for presenting any electronic bills that are already in process at the time of cancellation.
