Characteristics of a Regional Reliability Standard. A Standard is policy or standard, including adequacy criteria to provide for the reliable regional and sub-regional planning and operation of the BPS, consistent with Good Utility Practice A Standard shall generally have the following characteristics: • Measurable - A Standard shall establish technical or performance requirements that can be practically measured. • Relative to NERC Reliability Standards - A Standard generally must go beyond, add detail to, or implement NERC Reliability Standards, or cover matters not addressed in NERC Reliability Standards.

Characteristics of a Regional Reliability Standard. Standards define obligations or requirements for the operation and planning of interconnected systems and market interface practices that will be enforceable under the authority of the SPP RE. The format and process defined by this manual applies to all Standards. A Standard shall have the following characteristics: • Material to Reliability - A Standard shall be material to the reliability of bulk power systems of the RE's region. If the reliability of the bulk power systems could be compromised without a particular standard or by a failure to comply with that standard, then the standard is material to reliability. • Measurable - A Standard shall establish technical or performance requirements that can be practically measured. • Relative to NERC Reliability Standards - A Standard must go beyond, add detail to, or implement NERC reliability standards, or cover matters not addressed in NERC reliability standards.

  • Reliability Standard Seller agrees to abide by (i) CPUC General Order No. 167, “Enforcement of Maintenance and Operation Standards for Electric Generating Facilities”, and (ii) all applicable requirements regarding interconnection of the Project, including the requirements of the interconnected Participating Transmission Owner.

  • Quality Standards Each Party agrees that the nature and quality of its products and services supplied in connection with the other Party's Marks will conform to quality standards set by the other Party. Each Party agrees to supply the other Party, upon request, with a reasonable number of samples of any Materials publicly disseminated by such Party which utilize the other Party's Marks. Each Party will comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and customs and obtain any required government approvals pertaining to use of the other Party's marks.

  • Service Level Standards In addition to all other requirements in this Agreement, and in accordance with the Best Claims Practices & Estimating Guidelines, Vendor shall use reasonable and good faith efforts to meet the Service Level Standards set forth below.

  • WORKLOAD STANDARDS One (1) Direct Service Hour (DSH) will be equal to sixty (60) minutes of direct services.

  • Safety Standards Performance of the Contract for all commodities or contractual services must comply with requirements of the Occupational Safety and Health Act and other applicable State of Florida and federal requirements.

  • Standards for Network Elements 1.8.1 BellSouth shall comply with the requirements set forth in the technical references, as well as any performance or other requirements identified in this Agreement, to the extent that they are consistent with the greater of BellSouth’s actual performance or applicable industry standards.

  • Specification and Service Levels The Specification sets out the Services that the Contractor has undertaken to provide. The Specification includes Service Levels setting out particular levels of service that the Contractor has undertaken to meet.

  • Information Technology Accessibility Standards Any information technology related products or services purchased, used or maintained through this Grant must be compatible with the principles and goals contained in the Electronic and Information Technology Accessibility Standards adopted by the Architectural and Transportation Barriers Compliance Board under Section 508 of the federal Rehabilitation Act of 1973 (29 U.S.C. §794d), as amended.
