Common use of Chargehands Clause in Contracts

Chargehands. A chargehand allowance of thirty‐five cents (35¢) per hour over the employee's own rate, or the highest rate supervised, whichever is greater, shall be paid to an employee appointed to this position by the Director of Municipal Operations, the City Engineer, or their appointee. Equipment Operators are not under the Chargehand's supervision.
