CHARGES TO CARD ACCOUNT. The Bank may charge and debit the relevant Card Account (whether before or after the termination of the use of any or all Cards) the amount of each and every transaction made or effected using the Card, whether by the Cardholder or any other person (whether with or without the Cardholder and/or Business Cardmember’s knowledge or authority) and notwithstanding that the balance due to the Bank on the Card Account may as a consequence of any such charge or debit exceed the Credit Limit.
CHARGES TO CARD ACCOUNT. Subject to Clause 6.3 below, we may debit the relevant Card Account (whether before or after the termination of the use of any or all Cards) the amount of each Card Transaction made, including all Card Transactions made or effected via any Enabled Device (whether or not such cards were enrolled on such Enabled Device with your authorisation in connection with Digital Payment Services), whether by you or any other person (whether with or without your knowledge or authority). You warrant and confirm that you have obtained all requisite consents for the use of any Enabled Device(s). Unless OCBC notifies you otherwise in writing, Card Transactions made or effected via a Tokenised Card will be charged to the Card Account associated with the Card used for enrolment with the relevant Digital Payment Service via the Enabled Device and following which the Tokenised Card was issued.
CHARGES TO CARD ACCOUNT. ONE Bank may charge and debit the Card Account the amount of each and every Card Transaction made or effected, whether by the Cardholder or any other person with or without the CardhoIder's knowledge or authorit y notwithstanding that the balance due to ONE Bank on the Card Account may as a consequence of any such charge or debit exceeding any credit limit that may be sanctioned. For existing Fees and Service Charges, the cardholder may contact Card Services of ONE Bank Limited or any Branch of ONE Bank.

  • Processing Fee Xxxxxxxx agrees to pay Purchaser the Processing Fee listed on the first page of this Agreement to reimburse Purchaser for expenses incurred in processing Merchant’s application, providing toll-free access to customer service representatives, filing and terminating UCC financing statement(s) against Merchant and fees that Purchaser pays any other person for referring Merchant to Purchaser and assisting with the origination of the sale of the Future Receipts. Purchaser will deduct the amount of the Processing Fee from the Purchase Price that is to be paid to Merchant.

  • Credit Card Payments If You pay for the APEX Service using a credit card (to the extent available), then: (a) You authorize Dell to periodically charge Your credit card for the APEX Service fees; (b) You will be subject to any additional terms presented to You by the third-party credit card payment processor (which will be the merchant of record for that transaction); and (c) You are responsible for keeping Your credit card information up to date. You agree that Dell may request that Your credit card payment issuer pre-authorize and hold an amount equal to the next recurring fee (or an estimate if the fee is variable) for the APEX Service in advance of its due date.

  • Additional Benefits/Card Enhancements The Credit Union may from time to time offer additional services to your account, such as travel accident insurance, at no additional cost to you. You understand that the Credit Union is not obligated to offer such services and may withdraw or change them at any time.

  • Debit Card You may use your debit card to purchase goods and services any place your debit card is honored by participating merchants. You agree that you will not use your debit card for any transaction that is illegal under applicable federal, state or local law. Funds to cover your debit card purchases will be deducted from your checking account. If the balance in your account is not sufficient to pay the transaction amount, the credit union will pay the amount and treat the transaction as a request to transfer funds from other deposit accounts, approved overdraft protection accounts or loan accounts that you have established with the Credit Union. If you initiate a transaction that overdraws your account, you agree to make immediate payment of any overdrafts together with any service charges to the Credit Union. In the event of repeated overdrafts, the Credit Union may terminate all services under this Agreement. You may use your debit card and PIN (Personal Identification Number) in automated teller machines of the Credit Union, CO-OP Network, and such other machines or facilities as the Credit Union may designate. At the present time, you may also use your debit card to: • Make deposits to your savings, checking and credit accounts. • Withdraw funds from your savings and accounts. • Transfer funds from your savings, checking and credit accounts. • Obtain balance information for your savings, checking and credit accounts. • Make loan payments from your savings, checking and credit accounts. • Access your Transfer Line of Credit or other line of credit account. • Make POS (Point-of-Sale) transactions with your debit card and PIN (Personal Identification Number) to purchase goods or services at merchants that accept Visa. • Order goods or services by mail or telephone from places that accept Visa. • Pay bills directly by telephone from your checking or savings account in the amounts and on the days you request The following limitations on the frequency and amount of debit card transactions may apply: • There may be a limit on the number of debit card purchases you make per day. • You may transfer up to the available balance in your accounts at the time of the transfer. You may not transfer more than the available balance. • See the Section called “Transfer Limitations” for transfer limitations that may apply to these transactions. • There are daily withdrawal and purchase limits. You will be notified of these limits by the credit union before you receive your access card.

  • Account Alerts The Account Alerts service is a tool for managing accounts. By enrolling for Account Alerts, you expressly consent to the Credit Union communicating with you by email or text with contact information you have provided. Account Alerts should not be relied upon solely for account information. While the Credit Union makes every effort to ensure alerts are delivered as expected, there are conditions that may make the alerts unreliable such as, but not limited to: spam filters, relay detectors, inaccurate or obsolete email addresses, network or system failures, etc. The Credit Union recommends that the service be tested prior to regular use to identify any limiting conditions that may be present. The Credit Union does not guarantee the delivery of any account alert.

  • Verification of Deposits 7.1. Within twenty-­‐four (24) hours after receiving each Deposit or corrected Deposit, Escrow Agent must verify the format and completeness of each Deposit and deliver to ICANN a notification generated for each Deposit. Reports will be delivered electronically using the API described in draft-­‐xxxxxx-­‐icann-­‐registry-­‐interfaces, see Part A, Section 9, reference 5 of this Specification.
