Card Services. HQY will update participant records, maintain account balance and deposit information, activate and deactivate Cards, respond to participant inquiries and provide appropriate notices of actions taken with respect to the Card.
Card Services. You may activate, close, temporarily freeze/unfreeze or report your card lost/stolen for one or more debit or credit cards using Online Banking. Freezing, closing or reporting card lost/stolen will cause any new authorizations to reject for the card selected. If transactions are rejected as a result of freezing, closing or reporting the card lost/stolen, you may incur fees from those other entities. Blocking or closing your card or reporting your card lost/stolen will permanently deactivate your card and will require a new card to be requested with a new card number and expiration date. Our fraud prevention systems may detect when you travel outside your home zip-code. It is possible that our systems will determine that charge(s) outside your home zip code are suspicious or unusual, and automatically decline the transaction(s). To avoid this inconvenience, you should notify us whenever you travel outside your home zip-code by using the Travel Notice Request in Online Banking. For US travel, these requests are processed immediately. International travel requests are processed within 2 hours of receipt on Mondays – Fridays 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM (excluding holidays). You agree to hold us harmless from liability resulting from any declined transactions.
Card Services. We may provide or make available to you special Card Services which may be paid for with the Card. We will explain the terms and conditions of these Card Services at the time that we provide or make these Card Services available to you. The terms and conditions of this Agreement will still apply to any Card Services you choose to accept, except to the extent modified by the terms and conditions of the Card Services. Any Card Service may be discontinued without notice, subject to the terms and conditions that apply to the particular Card Service. We are not liable for any Card Services provided by a third party.
Card Services. Subject to Merchant compliance with technical specifications prescribed by Company, Processor, Bank and the Rules, Merchant shall cause information concerning Card Transactions to be communicated to Payment Networks and Bank whereupon, Company shall cause Bank to acquire the funds related to such Transactions and settle such funds to Merchant. Company makes no representation or guarantee with respect to Customer's Card having sufficient available funds, that a Transaction will be authorized or processed, or that the Transaction will not later result in a chargeback or reversal. If Merchant is a non-profit organization, it shall retain sole and exclusive responsibility for classifying themselves and their Transactions, issuing any required reports and receipts, and making any required tax or other filings. Merchant shall be exclusive to Company and shall not use services of third parties that are similar or competitive with the Services.
Card Services. The Cardholder shall sign on the reverse of the Card immediately on receipt and the signature on the Card shall be identical to the one contained on the Account related documents. The Card is not transferable.

If approved, you may use your card and personal identification number (PIN) in automated teller machines (ATMs) of the Credit Union, networks, and such other machines or facilities as the Credit Union may designate. For ATM transactions, you must consent to the Credit Union’s overdraft protection plan in order for the transaction amount to be covered under the plan. Without your consent, the Credit Union may not authorize and pay an overdraft resulting from these types of transactions. Services and fees for ATM overdrafts are shown in the document the Credit Union uses to capture the member’s opt-in choice for overdraft protection and the Schedule of Fees and Charges. At the present time, you may use your card to: - Make deposits to your share accounts. - Withdraw funds from your share accounts. - Obtain balance information for your share accounts. The following limitations on ATM Card transactions may apply: - There is no limit on the number of cash withdrawals you may make in any one (1) day. - You may withdraw up to a maximum of $500.00 in any one (1) day, if there are sufficient funds in your account. - ATM Cards are unavailable for POS transactions. - See Section 2 for transfer limitations that may apply to these transactions. Because of the servicing schedule and processing time required in ATM operations, there may be a delay between the time a deposit (either cash or check) is made and when it will be available for withdrawal.
