Charging of any Asset. During the Useful Economic Life of each Asset the Grant Recipient shall not create any charge, legal mortgage, debenture, or lien over any Asset without the prior written consent of the Secretary of State (except for Security contemplated by the Project Specific Conditions).

  • No Gifts or Gratuities Party shall not give title or possession of anything of substantial value (including property, currency, travel and/or education programs) to any officer or employee of the State during the term of this Agreement.
