  • Criminal History Applicants who have criminal convictions may be denied. Any crimes associated with drugs, violence, sex, property damage, and/or weapons may be grounds for automatic disqualification. Eligibility is dependent upon the level, disposition, and time since the crime occurred. Open cases for similar crimes may be grounds for denial. Credit. A credit check will be performed, and the following may be grounds for denial: past due or dishonored debt, the absence of a credit history, unpaid housing accounts, unpaid utility accounts.

  • Litigation History There shall be no consistent history of court/arbitral award decisions against the Tenderer, in the last (Specify years). All parties to the contract shall furnish the information in the appropriate form about any litigation or arbitration resulting from contracts completed or ongoing under its execution over the year’s specified. A consistent history of awards against the Tenderer or any member of a JV may result in rejection of the tender.

  • Overview (a) The Employer is committed to maintaining a stable and skilled workforce, recognising its contribution to the operation of the Employer. As such, full time direct and ongoing employment is a guiding principle of this Agreement. (b) The Employer will take all measures to achieve employment security for the direct permanent employees of the Employer. The Parties agree upon the measures in this Clause to protect and enhance the employment security, health and safety, terms and conditions of employment and career development of the employees. (c) The employer agrees that it is highly important to ensure that work is performed effectively, efficiently and without undue pressure or bullying, and in a way that promotes OHS and EO principles and practices in the workplace and appropriate representation of employees should they so request.   • PROCEDURAL HISTORY On August 16, 2004, pursuant to 83 Illinois Administrative Code Part 763, Illinois Bell Telephone Company (“SBC Illinois”) and nii communications, Ltd. (“nii”) filed a joint petition for approval of the Second Amendment to the Interconnection Agreement dated July 28, 2004, under Section 252 of the Telecommunications Act of 1996 (47 U.S.C. §§ 151 et seq.) (“the Act”). The Agreement was submitted with the petition. A statement in support of the petition was filed along with verifications sworn to by Xxxxx X. Xxxx on behalf of SBC Illinois and by Xxx Xxxxxx on behalf of nii, stating that the facts contained in the petition are true and correct to the best of their knowledge, information, and belief. Pursuant to notice as required by law and the rules and regulations of the Commission, this matter came on for hearing by a duly authorized Administrative Law Judge of the Commission at its offices in Chicago, Illinois, on September 21, 2004. Staff filed the Verified Statement of A. Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxxx of the Commission’s Telecommunications Division. At the hearing on September 21, SBC Illinois and Staff appeared and agreed that there were no unresolved issues in this proceeding. Xx. Xxxxxxx’x Verified Statement was admitted into evidence and the record was marked “Heard and Taken.”

  • Searchability Offering searchability capabilities on the Directory Services is optional but if offered by the Registry Operator it shall comply with the specification described in this section. 1.10.1 Registry Operator will offer searchability on the web-­‐based Directory Service. 1.10.2 Registry Operator will offer partial match capabilities, at least, on the following fields: domain name, contacts and registrant’s name, and contact and registrant’s postal address, including all the sub-­‐fields described in EPP (e.g., street, city, state or province, etc.). 1.10.3 Registry Operator will offer exact-­‐match capabilities, at least, on the following fields: registrar id, name server name, and name server’s IP address (only applies to IP addresses stored by the registry, i.e., glue records). 1.10.4 Registry Operator will offer Boolean search capabilities supporting, at least, the following logical operators to join a set of search criteria: AND, OR, NOT. 1.10.5 Search results will include domain names matching the search criteria. 1.10.6 Registry Operator will: 1) implement appropriate measures to avoid abuse of this feature (e.g., permitting access only to legitimate authorized users); and 2) ensure the feature is in compliance with any applicable privacy laws or policies.

  • Ombudsman A Vendor Ombudsman has been established within the Department of Financial Services. The duties of this office are found in section 215.422, F.S., which include disseminating information relative to prompt payment and assisting contractors in receiving their payments in a timely manner from a Customer. The Vendor Ombudsman may be contacted at (000) 000-0000.

  • Bullying A. Workplace bullying is repeated abusive behavior that is threatening, humiliating, or intimidating. It may be direct or indirect, whether verbal, physical, or otherwise, by one or more persons against another or others, at the place of work and/or in the course of employment. B. All Agency employees are expected to refrain from workplace bullying and adhere to a standard of conduct that is respectful and courteous to others. C. Where appropriate, the affected employee should speak to the alleged bully or bullies to object to the behavior. Each employee is responsible for reporting any incidents to their supervisor or any other management official. D. Upon receipt of a report of workplace bullying, Management will initiate an inquiry, address any inappropriate conduct, assist the affected employee, and act to prevent any retaliation by the bully or bullies. Management will not retaliate against any employee for reporting workplace bullying.
