Check In and Late Arrival. Extensions of time for the arrival period must be requested in writing by contacting Campus Living Assignments Staff. The University is not obligated to hold a space reservation past noon on the first day of classes. If you fail to check in prior to noon of the first day of classes, you will be assigned an available space, including possibly a temporary assignment. The failure to check in and sign for room keys does not constitute cancellation of this Contract and ECU shall bill for the reserved space unless the terms for cancellation and termination of this Contract have been completed.
