Check Itemization. Each check shall have a stub or attachment itemizing at least all legal and authorized deductions, hours worked, rate of pay for straight time, overtime and acting time hours worked, leave taken, and leave accrual.

  • Detailed Invoicing Consultant agrees to provide City with a detailed invoice for services performed each month, within thirty (30) days of the end of the month in which the services were performed, unless otherwise specified in Exhibit A. Invoicing shall begin on the first of the month following the Effective Date of the Agreement. All charges must be presented in a line item format with each task separately explained in reasonable detail. Each invoice shall include the current monthly amount being billed, the amount invoiced to date, and the remaining amount available under any approved budget. Consultant must obtain prior written authorization from City for any fees or expenses that exceed the estimated budget.

  • Recovery of Overpayments On occasion a payment will be made to You when You are not covered, for a service that is not Covered, or which is more than is proper. When this happens We will explain the problem to You and You must return the amount of the overpayment to Us within 60 days after receiving notification from Us. However, We shall not initiate overpayment recovery efforts more than 24 months after the original payment was made unless We have a reasonable belief of fraud or other intentional misconduct.

  • Interview Expenses An in-service applicant for a posted position who is not on leave of absence without pay and who has been called for a panel interview shall be granted leave of absence with pay and shall have authorized expenses paid. An employee granted leave under this Article shall notify the immediate supervisor as soon as notified of the requirement to appear for an interview.

  • Travel Expenses CONTRACTOR shall not be allowed or paid travel expenses unless set forth in this Agreement.

  • Verification Bank may, from time to time, verify directly with the respective Account Debtors the validity, amount and other matters relating to the Accounts, either in the name of Borrower or Bank or such other name as Bank may choose.

  • Reasonable Overtime (a) There is a requirement to work reasonable overtime. Subject to that requirement being met, it is not compulsory for an Employee to work overtime in a particular case.

  • Invoices Each invoice or pay request shall include the TIPS Member’s purchase order number or other identifying designation as provided in the order by the TIPS Member. If applicable, the shipment tracking number or pertinent information for verification of TIPS Member receipt shall be made available upon request.
