Check Metering Equipment. (a) The Shipper may at its own expense at an Outlet Station, and the Operator may at its own expense at an Inlet Station, supply, install, Maintain and Operate Check Metering Equipment for the purpose of monitoring the accuracy of the Primary Metering Equipment.
