Check Off of Union Dues and Initiation. 4.2.1. Upon receipt of a properly executed authorization card signed by the employee, the Employer shall deduct from the employee's monthly pay all regular union dues and initiation fees uniformly required to maintain the employee in good standing with the Union. Such deductions are to be transmitted to the Union each month.
