Graveyard Shift. When five (5) or more hours of a represented employee’s work shift, exclusive of the lunch period, are between the hours of 12:00 midnight and 7:00 a.m., the represented employee shall be paid one dollar and five cents ($1.05) per hour for each hour worked in such work shift.

Graveyard Shift. A workday assignment which ends at or after 1:30 a.m. shall be compensated an additional ten percent (10%).

Graveyard Shift. Employees, who are regularly assigned to the third shift (graveyard) shall receive in addition to their base pay, an additional eighty-five cents ($0.85) per hour shift differential premium. To be eligible for graveyard shift differential, at least fifty per cent (50%) of the employee's regular schedule of hours must occur after 12:30 a.m. or prior to 9:00 a.m. Regularly assigned shift means the shift an employee is normally assigned to, excluding overtime hours or additional shifts.
