Graveyard Shift. When five (5) or more hours of a represented employee’s work shift, exclusive of the lunch period, are between the hours of 12:00 midnight and 7:00 a.m., the represented employee shall be paid one dollar and five cents ($1.05) per hour for each hour worked in such work shift.
Graveyard Shift. A workday assignment which ends at or after 1:30 a.m. shall be compensated an additional ten percent (10%).
Graveyard Shift. Graveyard shift shall be the nearest starting time to 12:00 midnight. Actual start times may be between 10:00p.m. and 1:00 a.m. Employees working a full eight (8) hour shift shall receive a shift differential of 15% over their regular rate when required to work graveyard shift. When the applicable Uptown Agreement affords employees eight (8) hours pay for working less than a full eight (8) hour shift, employees shall receive a shift differential of 10% over their regular rate when required to work graveyard shift.
Graveyard Shift. When hours of work regularly assigned exceed 12 40 o’clock midnight and/or precede 8:00 a.m. by more than three (3) 41 hours per shift during a normal workweek. Unit employees must 42 work this shift for at least three (3) for the five (5) normal workdays. 44 45
Graveyard Shift. An employee who is usually assigned to the graveyard shift will immediately report to duty after being released or dismissed from civil/jury duty and work the remaining hours of the normal day shift. Once the employee completes the day shift, he/she will remain off duty for eight
Graveyard Shift. A unit member who works at least 50% of his/her regular shift after 10:00 p.m. shall be paid a shift differential of 7.5%. In the context of this section, Shift Differential, “regular shift” means the total number of hours worked on one particular day. Therefore, a unit member that has a regular shift that requires 50% or more of their time to be worked after 10:00 p.m. on a single day shall be compensated with a shift differential. The 7.5% differential will be applied only to those hours worked beyond 10:00 p.m.
Graveyard Shift. Graveyard Shift - fifty cents (50¢) per hour. Shift to be defined in Schedule "B" of this Agreement.
Graveyard Shift. Employees, who are regularly assigned to the third shift (graveyard) shall receive in addition to their base pay, an additional eighty-five cents ($0.85) per hour shift differential premium. To be eligible for graveyard shift differential, at least fifty per cent (50%) of the employee's regular schedule of hours must occur after 12:30 a.m. or prior to 9:00 a.m. Regularly assigned shift means the shift an employee is normally assigned to, excluding overtime hours or additional shifts.
Graveyard Shift. Each covered employee shall receive a pay differential of seven and one-half percent (7.5%) of base pay in addition to his or her base hourly pay. Any such employee who works overtime in continuation of the graveyard shift shall continue to receive the shift differential for each hour of overtime worked.
Graveyard Shift. Employees in classification 9132 Transit Fare Inspector shall be paid ten percent (10%) more than the base rate for each hour regularly assigned between the hours of midnight (12:00 a.m.) and 7:00 a.m. if the employee works at least one (1) hour of the employee’s shift between midnight (12:00 a.m.) and 7:00 a.m. except for those employees participating in an authorized flex-time program and who voluntarily work between the hours of midnight (12:00 a.m.) and 7:00 a.m. Shift pay of 10% shall be paid for the entire shift provided at least five (5) hours of the employee’s shift falls between midnight (12:00 a.m.) and 7:00 a.m. Work hours differential for class 9132 shall be applied to all paid hours.
