Common use of CHECKSTUB Clause in Contracts

CHECKSTUB. Employees shall be furnished with a copy of their itemized deductions each pay period, which shall include the current hours worked, career hours worked since July 1, 2006, accrued time off for eligible employees, current wages earned, current wage rate, annual wages to date, and any regular itemized deductions, including any duly authorized dues and COPE deductions, in accordance with the Employer’s payroll procedures. Payroll information provided to employees by the Employer shall be provided in a format that is clear and easily understood.
