Chemical Storage. The District will maintain and abide by a chemical storage plan according to Federal Occupational Safety and Health Act standards.
Chemical Storage. All chemicals, paints or other similar materials must be stored either in a fire proof cabinet in compliance with all Laws, including all applicable fire codes, or in a location outside the Building. Nothing in this paragraph will permit Tenant to violate Section 4 of the Lease.
Chemical Storage. Commercial or industrial chemicals may not be stored on the leased premises including any automobiles parked on the leased premises. Only normal household chemicals may be stored and used in the apartments.

ii. Review storage of paints, varnishes, solvents, and chemicals every six months. Properly dispose of old or unnecessary products.
iii. Do not store more than one gallon (total) of these products on your Vessel.
iv. Keep chemicals in their original containers, if feasible.
v. Keep containers well labeled according to their contents (e.g., solvent, gasoline).
Chemical Storage. No chemicals, oils, fuels, or items or products of a similar nature, except those needed for ordinary operational activities, shall be stored or kept on the Property.

Chemical Storage. Tenant agrees to comply with the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) for product storage, all local fire code requirements, underwriter laboratories (UL), OSHA, Environmental Protection Agency, and other subsets for chemical storage which are identified in the link below:
Chemical Storage. Pesticides will be stored in a locked, weather resistant, us floored structure. Such structure (hereinafter the “Storage Facility”) should have containment capacity or be located so that a release will not enter a wetland, surface water body, the air, soil or groundwater. The Storage Facility should be afforded good housekeeping so as to prevent any build-up or release of spilled agricultural chemicals. Overnight outdoor storage of pesticides is strictly prohibited. Chemical Storage. Pesticides (including herbicides, insecticides and fungicides), fertilizer, or any other chemicals shall not be stored overnight at the farm.
Chemical Storage. (i) Facilities for storage of cleaning equipment and cleaning chemicals are to be provided which is segregated from areas where exposed food is handled, prepared or cooked.
(ii) Chemicals and cleaning equipment are to be stored in the designated storage areas unless being used for cleaning and sanitising activities.
(iii) Sufficient amounts of chemicals, detergents and equipment are to be provided to ensure the adequate daily cleaning and sanitising of the fixtures and equipment.
