Daily Cleaning. 27 No Charge for Common Property or Common Facilities............................................ 27
Daily Cleaning. The Owners will pay, upon checkout, Innisfree's daily mandatory cleaning charge, payable by an Owner for the periods in which the Owner or a person claiming under the Owner uses the Owner's Unit in accordance with Schedule B. The cleaning charge shall initially be $30.00, but may be changed by Innisfree, subject to approval of the Board of Directors. In addition, the Owners and those using the Units with the permission of the Owners in accordance with Schedule B will pay the standard charges established by Innisfree for the following:
(a) long distance calls;
(b) movie rentals;
(c) vending machine charges;
(d) charges for use of any recreational facilities, including spas, golf courses and racquet sport facilities located off the Hotel Premises pursuant to agreement with third parties; and
(e) purchases of other goods and services offered by Innisfree. If any Owner or person claiming under any Owner does not pay any fee or charge set out in this Section 10.2, Innisfree may deduct such amount from the Owner's Unit Revenue Share. All of the fees and charges set out in this Section 10.2 received by Innisfree will be included in the Gross Revenue.
Daily Cleaning. Empty all waste paper bins and remove trash from offices; cubicle areas; reception desk; meeting, interview, skills testing, and training rooms; and restrooms. Replace bin liners daily.
Daily Cleaning. (a) Empty and clean waste baskets and remove contents to disposal area.
(b) Empty and clean all ash trays.
(c) Vacuum clean all rugs and carpeted areas.
(d) Dust furniture, files, fixtures, and all low reach areas.
(e) Polish all glass furniture tops.
(f) Clean all water fountains.
Daily Cleaning. I. Empty all waste paper bins and remove trash from offices and restrooms and replace bin liners daily.
II. Remove any rubbish from planter boxes, shelves, or any other item found
III. Spot Clean, remove dust, dirt and finger marks to all windows including viewing panels to doors.
IV. Spot wash finger prints, marker marks, and any mark from all wall surfaces, doors, frames, desks and glass surfaces.
V. Clean exterior face of cupboard doors, urns, bench tops and tables.
VI. Clean all water coolers/heaters throughout the building.
VII. Clean all kitchen areas, sinks, cupboards exteriors, refrigerator surfaces, tiles, backsplash, counters, bench-tops, and all common rooms. Replace all hand towels, air freshener, and soap as needed.
VIII. Clean all toilets, sinks, mirrors, tiles, fixtures, vents, sweep and mop all floors with an approved EPA cleaning solution. Replace all hand towels, toilet paper rolls, air freshener, and soap as needed.
IX. Clean and disinfect all urinals in the men’s washrooms daily. Note: all cleaning solutions, solvents shall be environmentally friendly (preferably green) and must be approved and supplied with a Materials Safety Data sheet.
X. Clean and disinfect all metal and laminated surfaces in all washrooms daily.
XI. Remove litter and sweep all wood floors in offices and corridors throughout the demised area. Only a soft bristled broom or a dust mop must be used for sweeping.
XII. Sweep and mop all floor tiles with an approved cleaning solution.
Daily Cleaning. 10.1.1. The District shall ensure that all shared classroom spaces, common spaces, and shared workspaces in use are cleaned and disinfected daily per COVID-19 protocols.
Daily Cleaning. 8.4.1 The Contractor shall provide daily housekeeping, cleaning, maintenance and sanitation service, as applicable, for all facilities, equipment and supplies utilized by it in performing its obligations under this Agreement, including, but not limited to:
a. The following areas of Memorial Hall and the new residential dining facility: Kitchen and production areas, serving areas, bathrooms and locker rooms in the kitchen areas, basement and food service storage areas, tables and chairs in dining areas, storage rooms and receiving and storage areas;
b. The following areas of the Student Center: Kitchen and production areas, bathrooms and locker rooms in the kitchen areas, dining tables and chairs (including outside tables and chairs) and, food service storage rooms;
c. The following areas of Xxxxx Stadium: Food concession room, two (2) entry areas and small stairwells that lead to either side of the food concession room, food storage room (located down the stairwell to the left of the food concession room).
d. The following area of the Xxxxxxxxx Pavilion: Food concession room when used should be cleaned in accordance with the daily cleaning specifications for kitchen and food preparation areas.
e. It is required that all catering equipment, including but not limited to: tablewares, table cloths, serving dishes, carafes, coffee urns, leftover food items and trash will be picked up and removed before two (2) hours after the end of a catered event. Thorough cleaning and sanitation of the room or grounds will be performed by others.
8.4.2 The Contractor shall clean all table tops and chairs and shall spot pick-up items on the floor in the dining areas during and immediately after each serving period. At the close of business each day, the Contractor shall thoroughly clean all tabletops, chairs and floors and shall arrange the tables and chairs so they have a neat and orderly appearance.
8.4.3 The above services shall be performed during and between meals and during recess periods of the University.
8.4.4 In addition, the Contractor shall provide daily housekeeping, cleaning, maintenance, and sanitation services in the Hall Service/Loading Areas using methods approved by the University.

2. Complete the following daily cleaning in any area impacted by construction at the end of each shift.

Daily Cleaning. All light fixtures to be dusted. All carpeting to be vacuumed. Floor Directory/office door signage to be dusted. Class sections and chrome panels on doors to be cleaned and polished. Water fountains to be sanitized and polished. Exterior trash receptacles on walkways at front and rear entrances/smoking area to be emptied and new bags installed as needed. Metal doors to be spot cleaned. Cigarette urns at exterior smoking area to be cleaned of all cigarette butts. Floor Directory/office door signage to be cleaned/polished. Wood doors to be polished. Carpeting to be spot cleaned as needed. Metal doors to be wiped down with a damp rag and cleaner.
