Daily CleaningThe Owners will pay, upon checkout, Innisfree's daily mandatory cleaning charge, payable by an Owner for the periods in which the Owner or a person claiming under the Owner uses the Owner's Unit in accordance with Schedule B. The cleaning charge shall initially be $30.00, but may be changed by Innisfree, subject to approval of the Board of Directors. In addition, the Owners and those using the Units with the permission of the Owners in accordance with Schedule B will pay the standard charges established by Innisfree for the following: (a) long distance calls; (b) movie rentals; (c) vending machine charges; (d) charges for use of any recreational facilities, including spas, golf courses and racquet sport facilities located off the Hotel Premises pursuant to agreement with third parties; and (e) purchases of other goods and services offered by Innisfree. If any Owner or person claiming under any Owner does not pay any fee or charge set out in this Section 10.2, Innisfree may deduct such amount from the Owner's Unit Revenue Share. All of the fees and charges set out in this Section 10.2 received by Innisfree will be included in the Gross Revenue.

Clean all water coolers/heaters throughout the building. VII. Clean all kitchen areas, sinks, cupboards exteriors, refrigerator surfaces, tiles, backsplash, counters, bench-tops, and all common rooms. Replace all hand towels, air freshener, and soap as needed. VIII. Clean all toilets, sinks, mirrors, tiles, fixtures, vents, sweep and mop all floors with an approved EPA cleaning solution. Replace all hand towels, toilet paper rolls, air freshener, and soap as needed. IX. Clean and disinfect all urinals in the men’s washrooms daily. Note: all cleaning solutions, solvents shall be environmentally friendly (preferably green) and must be approved and supplied with a Materials Safety Data sheet. X. Clean and disinfect all metal and laminated surfaces in all washrooms daily. XI. Remove litter and sweep all wood floors in offices and corridors throughout the demised area. Only a soft bristled broom or a dust mop must be used for sweeping. XII. Sweep and mop all floor tiles with an approved cleaning solution.

Dust furniture, files, fixtures, and all low reach areas. 5. Polish all glass furniture tops. 6. Clean all water fountains. 7. Sweep all private stairways nightly, vacuumed if carpeted. 8. Damp mop to remove spillage or spot on hard surface floors. 9. Dust all telephones as necessary.
Daily CleaningCITY shall perform daily cleaning of the Vehicle(s) prior to beginning Community Bus Service each day as follows: Exterior Wash Interior windows cleaned Mopping of non-carpeted floors with clean water and appropriate cleaning solution Wiping down of non-upholstered seats with clean water and appropriate cleaning solution Vacuuming of upholstered seats Pest control Wiping down of all hand rails with clean water and appropriate cleaning solution Refuse, newspapers and other recyclable material remaining on board shall become the property of the CITY. However, items found that are the belongings of customers shall be maintained and made available consistent with CITY's Lost and Found Policy which policy shall comply with Florida law. CITY’s Lost and Found Policy must be approved by the Contract Administrator.
