Child Care Facilities. (a) The Employer and the Union agree that there shall be established a Child Care Committee, which will study the feasibility of establishing Child Care Facilities or alternate facilities for children of Employees and students at BCIT. (b) The Committee shall be composed of a representative group of the BCIT Community. (c) Time off with pay for Employees shall be allowed for serving on this committee.
