METHODS OF REFERRAL. The referral process provides convenience of services to individuals and businesses using the IowaWORKS Greater Siouxland One-Stop Center and makes available all Core Services at the system site. This process also provides for a continuum of services and follow-up to ensure individual and business needs have been met. All partners agree to follow the Region 12 one-stop center referral process. Attachment “C” is the form used to track referrals. a. Partner Referrals: Referrals will be tracked using the Region 12 common intake/referral process that is part of the I-Works case management system. b. Eligibility requirements in certain programs require that specific criteria be met prior to accepting a referral from a partner. For example the Iowa Workforce Development State Veterans Program requires any veteran or eligible spouse is considered a universal core customer until such time as an assessment has been completed and/or it has been determined that a barrier to obtaining employment exists. Upon this determination by a partner, a formal referral can be made to the Iowa Workforce Development State Veterans Program. The Region 12 One Stop Operator is responsible for ensuring the consistency of the common intake referral process, maintenance of records and reporting to the Region 12 RWIB.

METHODS OF REFERRAL. A. The WDB, through its designated AJCC One-Stop Operator(s), and the Partners agree to utilize the approved referral processes and forms for common intake and referral among the AJCC One-Stop Partners and providers of services. The WDB and Partners developed a universal referral system and form that is used for all cross-agency referrals. Copies provided in Attachment 3, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. B. The WDB and Partner agree to train and provide technical assistance to the appropriate staff of each of the other participating AJCC One-Stop Partners and subcontracted providers of services on topics that include but are not limited to eligibility for and scope of allowable services for the Partner’s programs. C. Partner agrees to suggest appropriate referrals for its applicants and clients, the availability of additional services from other AJCC partners if they determine the client could benefit from those referral(s). D. A listing of Partner Services and Partner Sites and Locations can be found in Attachments 1 and 2, (which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference) respectively, for referral purposes.

  • Selection Criteria Each Contract is secured by a new or used Motorcycle. No Contract has a Contract Rate less than 1.00%.   • TECHNICAL EVALUATION (a) Detailed technical evaluation shall be carried out by Purchase Committee pursuant to conditions in the tender document to determine the substantial responsiveness of each tender. For this clause, the substantially responsive bid is one that conforms to all the eligibility and terms and condition of the tender without any material deviation. The Institute’s determination of bid’s responsiveness is to be based on the contents of the bid itself without recourse to extrinsic evidence. The Institute shall evaluate the technical bids also to determine whether they are complete, whether required sureties have been furnished, whether the documents have been properly signed and whether the bids are in order. (b) The technical evaluation committee may call the responsive bidders for discussion or presentation to facilitate and assess their understanding of the scope of work and its execution. However, the committee shall have sole discretion to call for discussion / presentation. (c) Financial bids of only those bidders who qualify the technical criteria will be opened provided all other requirements are fulfilled. (d) AIIMS Jodhpur shall have right to accept or reject any or all tenders without assigning any reasons thereof.
