Common use of Chimneys Clause in Contracts

Chimneys. On Type E Lots, all exposed portions of the fire breast, flu and chimney shall be clad in cementitious lap siding, brick, stone or stucco. Chimneys located on an exterior wall must be 100% brick or stone.
