Circulation of Vacation Preference Form. (a) Vacation preference forms will be circulated by April 1 of each year and posted by May 1 of each year. (b) An employee who does not exercise his/her seniority rights within two (2) weeks of receiving the vacation preference form shall not be entitled to exercise those rights in respect to any vacation time previously selected by an employee with less seniority. (c) Vacation requests received after May 1 in any year shall be approved in accordance with this Article within thirty (30) days of receipt of the request. (d) A vacation period, once scheduled, will not be cancelled without the consent of the employee.
