Circumstances Affecting Performance. Each Party shall have an obligation to promptly notify the other Party in writing of any event or circumstances capable of impeding the proper or timely performance of its respective obligations under this Agreement.

If timely performance of the Services is affected due to impediments or delays caused by the Company or any third parties engaged by the Company: the Contractor shall promptly notify the Company of the circumstances and probable effects of such impediment or delay on the performance of the Services (if not notified in timely manner, the Contractor shall lose its right to make any claim in this respect); and the Parties shall in good faith discuss such allegation of the Contractor, and, if agreed, the duration of the Services shall be extended by the number of hours directly affected by such impediment or delay.
