City Administration. The SBE Office shall have primary responsibility for the administration of this Agreement as well as primary monitoring and enforcement authority for the programs and activities encompassed by this Agreement. In exercising its responsibilities under the Agreement, the SBE Office shall use good faith and act in a reasonable manner. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the SBE Office shall make all information and data collected pursuant to this Agreement available to CITY’s Department of City Development and Comptroller in order to allow fulfillment of their respective responsibilities with respect to the programs and activities encompassed by this Agreement. CITY’s Department of City Development, and Comptroller shall cooperate with and assist the SBE Office in the administration of this Agreement.

City Administration. In addition to the Franchise Fee required under this Article, Contractor shall pay the City an annual Administration Fee to cover the City’s administrative, legal, and other costs associated with or arising from the City’s performance of the City’s duties under this Agreement if it is determined by the City that the Franchise Fees paid did not fully provide for any and all costs that were reasonably related to the City’s performance of its duties under this Agreement for that fiscal year. On or before the last day of a fiscal year, the City shall provide Contractor a written statement identifying and summarizing any expenses it incurred, with sufficient proof included, in accordance with this section during that fiscal year. Contractor shall thereupon pay the total sum of such expenses within the following fiscal year in quarterly installments at the same time and in the same manner as franchise fees are paid . The Administrative Fee shall not exceed $5,000.00 per year.
City Administration. 1. This funding is provided for the 2020-2021 Fiscal Year (July 1, 2020 – June 30, 2021). The funding will be subject to budget approval and will be reviewed at the end of the biennium.

  • PAY ADMINISTRATION 62.01 Except as provided in this Article, the terms and conditions governing the application of pay to employees are not affected by this Agreement.

  • Program Administration An activity relating to the general management, oversight and coordination of community development programs. Costs directly related to carrying out eligible activities are not included.

  • Claims Administration An employee will be required to comply with any and all rules and regulations and/or limitations established by the carrier or applicable third party administrator and contained in the policy, and employees and their dependents shall look solely to such carrier or third party administration for the adjudication of the payment of any and all benefits claims.

  • Employment and Training Administration The ratio of trainees to journeymen on the job site shall not be greater than permitted under the plan approved by the Employment and Training Administration. Every trainee must be paid at not less than the rate specified in the approved program for the trainee's level of progress, expressed as a percentage of the journeyman hourly rate specified in the applicable wage determination. Trainees shall be paid fringe benefits in accordance with the provisions of the trainee program. If the trainee program does not mention fringe benefits, trainees shall be paid the full amount of fringe benefits listed on the wage determination unless the Administrator of the Wage and Hour Division determines that there is an apprenticeship program associated with the corresponding journeyman wage rate on the wage determination which provides for less than full fringe benefits for apprentices. Any employee listed on the payroll at a trainee rate who is not registered and participating in a training plan approved by the Employment and Training Administration shall be paid not less than the applicable wage rate on the wage determination for the classification of work actually performed. In addition, any trainee performing work on the job site in excess of the ratio permitted under the registered program shall be paid not less than the applicable wage rate on the wage determination for the work actually performed. In the event the Employment and Training Administration withdraws approval of a training program, the contractor will no longer be permitted to utilize trainees at less than the applicable predetermined rate for the work performed until an acceptable program is approved.

  • Grant Administration The Centre will make payments to the Recipient according to the schedule set forth in Part 3 - Schedule of Project Milestones, which forms an integral part of this Agreement. The Recipient agrees that the payment of any Centre Funds under this Agreement is subject to its compliance with the conditions set out in this Agreement, including all attachments, as may be amended from time to time by the parties.

  • Medical Benefits - Prescription Drugs Administered by a Provider (other than a pharmacist) This plan covers prescription drugs as a medical benefit, referred to as “medical prescription drugs”, when the prescription drug requires administration (or the FDA approved recommendation is administration) by a licensed healthcare provider (other than a pharmacist). Please note: Specialty prescription drugs meeting these requirements or recommendations are covered as a pharmacy benefit and not a medical benefit. These medical prescription drugs include, but are not limited to, medications administered by infusion, injection, or inhalation, as well as nasal, topical or transdermal administered medications. For some of these medical prescription drugs, the cost of the prescription drug is included in the allowance for the medical service being provided, and is not separately reimbursed.

  • Settlement Administration The Settlement Administrator will conduct a skip trace for the address of all former employee Class Members. The Settlement Administrator will mail the Notice by first class U.S. mail to all Class Members at the address Defendants have on file for those Class Members and to all former employee Class Members at the address resulting from the skip trace. The Notice will inform Class Members that they have until the Response Deadline to either object to the Settlement or to opt-out of the Settlement. Any Class Member who does not receive Notice after the steps outlined above have been taken will still be bound by the Settlement and/or judgment.

  • Orally Administered Anticancer Medication In accordance with RIGL § 27-20-67, prescription drug coverage for orally administered anticancer medications is provided at a level no less favorable than coverage for intravenously administered or injected cancer medications covered under your medical benefit.
