City Officer. City designates the City's Police Chief, or his designated substitute, to act on behalf of the City's Police Department, and to serve as ''Liaison Officer" for City with and between County and City and its Police Department to ensure the performance of all duties and obligations of City herein stated, and shall devote sufficient time and attention to the execution of said duties on behalf of City in full compliance with the terms and conditions of this agreement, and shall provide immediate and direct supervision of the City Police Department employees, agents, contractors, subcontractors, and/or laborers, if any, in the furtherance of the purposes, terms, and conditions of this Agreement for the mutual benefit of City and County.
City Officer. City designates the Fire Department Marshal, or his designated substitute, to act on behalf of the City’s Fire Department Marshal Office, and to serve as ''Liaison Officer" for City with and between County and City and its Fire Department Marshal Office to ensure the performance of all duties and obligations of City herein stated, and shall devote sufficient time and attention to the execution of said duties on behalf of City in full compliance with the terms and conditions of this agreement, and shall provide immediate and direct supervision of the City Fire Department Marshal Office employees, agents, contractors, subcontractors, and/or laborers, if any, in the furtherance of the purposes, terms, and conditions of this Agreement for the mutual benefit of City and County.

  • Certificate of Chief Financial Officer On the date of this Agreement and on the Closing Date or the Additional Closing Date, as the case may be, the Company shall have furnished to the Representatives a certificate, dated the respective dates of delivery thereof and addressed to the Underwriters, of its chief financial officer with respect to certain financial data contained in the Pricing Disclosure Package and the Prospectus, providing “management comfort” with respect to such information, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Representatives.

  • PROJECT OFFICER The performance of the Contractor is subject to the review and approval of the County Project Officer, who will be appointed by the Director of the Arlington County department or agency requesting the Work under this Contract.

  • Controller The Controller shall be the chief accounting officer of the Company.
