• On or before the tenth (10th) day of each Operating Month, the Contractor shall deliver to the City a report that summarizes the Contractor’s Residential Collection Services and Commercial Collection Services during the prior Operating Month and shows the amount of the Franchise Fee to be paid by the Contractor to the City.
