City Review of Application. The City Manager shall review Contractor’s application for an adjustment of 1574 Tipping Fee and, upon completion of review, the City Manager shall approve, or deny with requirement for 1575 correction. The City Manager shall act in good faith to approve or direct changes required to provide for 1576 such adjustments to Tipping Fees by {March 1} of the Rate Year. The adjusted Tipping Fees shall not take 1577 effect until the City Manager has provided written approval of such Tipping Fees.

City Review of Application. City’s review of the Application shall conform to the timing and other requirements set forth in California Public Utilities Code section 9511(b), as applicable, and the process for such approval is set forth in Section 6 herein. The City shall review and approve the Application in accord with the terms of this Agreement. In the event of a conflict between the terms of the Agreement and the Exhibits, the terms of the Agreement shall prevail. Upon approval, the City shall issue a Supplement describing the Network Equipment permitted under the Supplement.
City Review of Application. The CONTRACTOR'S rate application 24 shall be reviewed by CITY. The City Council shall review proposed 25 adjustments to Maximum Rates to reflect the adjustments made in 26 accordance to Exhibits G and H depending on the method used to adjust 27 the Maximum Rates that are being approved. The City Council shall act 28 in good faith to proceed with notice and hearing as required by Proposition 29 218 and to consider such rate adjustments by January 1 of the Rate Period. 30 The adjusted Maximum Rates shall not take effect until the City Council 31 has approved such Maximum Rates.
