CLASS SIZE AND CASELOADS. The Shasta County Schools’ Office shall adhere to the State mandated class sizes and caseloads established by applicable California State law and this Contract. For information, such current class size provisions of State law are listed in Appendix C.

CLASS SIZE AND CASELOADS. The Board will strive to maintain class sizes within the following recommended parameters: The teacher-pupil ratio shall not exceed 1-25 in any building. The teacher-pupil ratio shall be determined by dividing the total school enrollment in each building by the total school teaching staff which is actively engaged in instruction, excluding special education teachers and pupils. To the extent possible, newly employed, inexperienced teachers shall be assigned to the lowest class size at their teaching level. For Intervention Specialists, the Board will strive to maintain IEP caseloads that do not exceed the maximums set forth in Ohio law.

Caseload: Class sizes and Caseloads for Special Education personnel (Special Day Class Teachers, Resource Specialists, Speech Pathologists, Hearing Specialists, etc.) shall be in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Education Code.   • Check Meters Developer, at its option and expense, may install and operate, on its premises and on its side of the Point of Interconnection, one or more check meters to check Connecting Transmission Owner’s meters. Such check meters shall be for check purposes only and shall not be used for the measurement of power flows for purposes of this Agreement, except as provided in Article 7.4 below. The check meters shall be subject at all reasonable times to inspection and examination by Connecting Transmission Owner or its designee.   • Skilled Nursing Facilities a. The following Health Care Services may be Covered Services when you are a patient in a Skilled Nursing Facility: i. room and board;

  • Reactivation To reactivate suspended Service, you must bring your account current through the month of reactivation by making payment in full of any outstanding balance, fees and other applicable charges. In addition, we may require a deposit before reactivating your Service. The amount of the deposit will not exceed one year of monthly fees. Any amounts deposited by you will appear on your statement as a credit, and service charges and other fees will be invoiced as described above. If you fail to pay any amount on a subsequent xxxx, the unpaid amount will be deducted each billing cycle from the credit amount. Credit amounts will not earn or accrue interest.

  • Unbundled Channelization (Multiplexing) 5.7.1 To the extent NewPhone is purchasing DS1 or DS3 or STS-1 Dedicated Transport pursuant to this Agreement, Unbundled Channelization (UC) provides the optional multiplexing capability that will allow a DS1 (1.544 Mbps) or DS3 (44.736 Mbps) or STS-1 (51.84 Mbps) Network Elements to be multiplexed or channelized at a BellSouth central office. Channelization can be accomplished through the use of a multiplexer or a digital cross-connect system at the discretion of BellSouth. Once UC has been installed, NewPhone may request channel activation on a channelized facility and BellSouth shall connect the requested facilities via COCIs. The COCI must be compatible with the lower capacity facility and ordered with the lower capacity facility. This service is available as defined in NECA 4.

  • Loop Provisioning Involving Integrated Digital Loop Carriers 2.6.1 Where InterGlobe has requested an Unbundled Loop and BellSouth uses IDLC systems to provide the local service to the End User and BellSouth has a suitable alternate facility available, BellSouth will make such alternative facilities available to InterGlobe.
