Common use of CLASSIFICATION ASSESSMENT COMMITTEE Clause in Contracts

CLASSIFICATION ASSESSMENT COMMITTEE. The parties agree to form a joint management and labor committee to determine if there is a need for multiple classifications. The parties agree that this process will be done by interest based problem solving, with committee selection of four (4) to five (5) members from labor (including institutional Union representation) and four (4) to five (5) members from management. Implementation of mutually agreeable changes, if any, will be completed during the term of the Agreement. This committee will develop/revise contract language to address classifications as necessary.
