CLASSIFICATION PAY. In the event an employee is assigned by the supervisor/principal in charge to fill a position in a higher classification within the bargaining unit for a period of five (5) consecutive work days, the employee shall be paid the rate assigned to the higher job classification for all hours worked in that classification including the first five (5) days.
