CLASSIFICATION PAY. 1. If any regular employee is requested by the supervisor to do, and does perform work normally performed by an employee holding a higher pay classification, that such employee shall, after once accumulating three (3) days effectively performing the duties set forth in the particular job description for that classification, receive the rate of pay normally paid the higher classified employee.
