Classification Structure. At the start of employment, each team member will be assigned to a classification level based on skills, qualifications and experience and in consideration of the substance of the duties to be carried out on the Project. This assignment will be specified in the contract of employment between the Company and team member. Levels will be calculated on skills required for the project not skills attained. Classification Requirements New Entrant An Employee who has not previously worked within the classifications defined herein. CW1 An entry-level employee with greater than three month’s experience.
