Classroom Observations And Data Collection. The annual evaluation shall be on-going in nature, and shall consist of data collection and classroom and workplace observation. The immediate supervisor or their designee must conduct at least one thirty (30) minute classroom observation, followed by a conference within seven (7) working days. Classroom observations will be scheduled within a mutually agreed upon time frame.
