Classroom Support. Fundamental to good class management and supervision, TOTEM employees should be working in the presence of a certified teacher all or most of the day. If the TOTEM employee must work with students in another location, the certified teacher will regularly check to see if support is needed.

Classroom Support. One support to be considered is the hiring, utilization, and deployment of a teacher assistant(s). This decision and the final authority to hire or not to hire is retained by the Board of Education.

Release time pay at the employee’s per diem rate to plan and adapt curriculum as needed. 2. Para or special ed teacher support in the class 3. Additional budget to meet specialized equipment needs. 4. Curriculum support from the District.
Classroom Support. ‌ One support to be considered is the hiring, utilization, and deployment of a teacher assistant(s). If an enrollment assistant is assigned to provide classroom support, the assistant will be shared by no more than two (2) elementary classroom teachers at any given time. This decision and the final authority to hire or not to hire an enrollment assistant are retained by the Board of Education. Classroom teachers whose classroom is assigned an enrollment assistant shall not be assigned a supervision. When an enrollment assistant is to be hired, daily substitutes shall be used until the enrollment assistant is available. Upon the assignment of an enrollment assistant, affected teachers shall receive one-half (1/2) day release to discuss utilization of the enrollment assistant. Alternatively, in lieu of meeting during the work day, if all teachers agree to meet after school, the district will pay each teacher for two (2) hours at the applicable internal substation rate as listed in Appendix B3 to discuss the utilization of the enrollment assistant.
Classroom Support. As a part of each MTSS meeting, the building Administrator will work with each Teachers to determine the support needed for groups of students and/or individual students. Should more time be needed to develop a plan, the MTSS team will reconvene at the earliest available time to complete the plan for necessary supports.

Classroom Support. 1. Each school will be assigned one (1.0) FTE of special education paraeducator time (6.5 hours) as there are special education certificated staff. 2. The special education staff at each building, in collaboration with the Principal, will create a plan for allocating the special education paraeducator’s time. This plan will then be submitted to the Director of Special Services for approval. 3. The building team may request additional paraeducator time from the Director of Special Services which will be approved based on the needs of the student’s instructional goals within their IEP.

  • Child Support (Applicable if the Party is a natural person, not a corporation or partnership.) Party states that, as of the date the Agreement is signed, he/she: a. is not under any obligation to pay child support; or b. is under such an obligation and is in good standing with respect to that obligation; or c. has agreed to a payment plan with the Vermont Office of Child Support Services and is in full compliance with that plan. Party makes this statement with regard to support owed to any and all children residing in Vermont. In addition, if the Party is a resident of Vermont, Party makes this statement with regard to support owed to any and all children residing in any other state or territory of the United States.

  • Customer Support If Customer is entitled to receive Customer Support as part of a separately purchased Service Plan, Sage warrants that while Customer’s Service Plan is in effect and if it has paid all required Service Plan fees, Sage will use qualified personnel to provide Customer Support in a professional manner consistent with industry standards. Customer’s sole remedy under this section 5.2 is limited to Sage’s re-performance of the Customer Support services giving rise to Customer’s claim.

  • Technical Support Services 2.1 The technical support services (the "Services"): Party A agrees to provide to Party B the relevant services requested by Party B, which are specified in Exhibit 1 attached hereto ("Exhibit 1").

  • PRODUCT SUPPORT Partners may provide support for Products and other value-added services, and Partner is responsible for the performance of any services it provides.   • Classroom Visitation To provide patrons of the District the opportunity to visit classrooms with the least interruption to the teaching process, the following guidelines are set forth: A. All visitors to a school and/or classroom shall obtain the approval of the principal, and if the visit is to a classroom, the time will be arranged after the principal or his designee has conferred with the employee, if possible. B. Whenever possible, the employee shall be afforded the opportunity to confer with the classroom visitor before and/or after the visitation. C. This provision does not apply to administrators and Board of Directors members.

  • Research Support (a) Having regard to the resources reasonably available for such purposes, the Operator will cooperate with AHS to provide such participation by its Staff as may be reasonable in relation to the carrying out of research within the Province. (b) The Operator agrees to promptly notify AHS in the event that it undertakes or agrees to participate in any form of clinical trial, research project, instrument use, or similar activity which in any way relates to the Services provided under this Agreement. The Operator shall, upon request, provide AHS with written evidence of Client disclosure and consent to research.
