Clean Indoor Air Clause Samples
The Clean Indoor Air clause establishes requirements to maintain air quality within indoor spaces by restricting or prohibiting activities that could lead to air contamination, such as smoking or the use of certain chemicals. Typically, this clause applies to all occupants and visitors within a building, mandating compliance with local regulations and sometimes specifying designated areas for activities like smoking. Its core practical function is to protect the health and comfort of building occupants by minimizing exposure to pollutants and ensuring a safe, clean indoor environment.
